We’ve been beavering away behind the scenes to make big improvements to your Pact account. It’s so things are more straightforward when you log in and to give you even more control over your Plan and deliveries.

The highlights

My Plans & Upcoming Orders

Head to ‘Upcoming Orders’ to reschedule your next delivery. You can also change your next coffee here. You can alter your menu (choose from House, Select and Micro-Lot), delivery frequency, coffee type and grind size in ‘My Plans’. 

You can also select add-ons, like paper filters, in ‘Upcoming Orders’ – keep your eyes peeled for more (including delicious chocolate) coming soon!

Choose your favourite

Fallen in love with a specific coffee? It may be one of those that’s constantly on our menu. Head to ‘Your Plans’ and opt to ‘Change’ your ‘Preference’. Here, you can choose to have one of a select few delivered every time.

Please note – this is only available on our House and Select menus. As many of the farms we work with produce small batches every year, not every coffee is available.
