We teamed up with Baileys to create the ultimate Christmas cocktail kit to help you celebrate in style.

Our Head of Coffee, Will, curated the Baileys Blend* to make sure you enjoy the best Flat White Martinis and Affogatos come Christmas time. So take a peek at the recipes below for the perfect post-Christmas dinner pick-me-ups.

Baileys Flat White Martini

Ingredients:

  • 50ml of Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • 25ml of Smirnoff Vodka
  • 25ml of The Baileys Blend espresso
  • Ice cubes

Shake it up:

  1. Place the Bialetti on a medium heat and make The Baileys Blend espresso.

  2. Pop all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and add ice.

  3. Shake until everything is perfectly blended and the liquid is silky smooth.

  4. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with three coffee beans.

Baileys Affogato Twist

Ingredients:

  • 50ml of Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • 25ml of The Baileys Blend espresso
  • 1 scoop of organic vanilla ice cream

Mix it up:

  1. Place the Bialetti on a medium heat and make The Baileys Blend espresso.

  2. Add one scoop of vanilla ice cream to a short glass.

  3. First pour the Baileys over the ice cream then slowly add the espresso.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy as an after-dinner treat.
