The Coffee

I am very excited to have this coffee back on the menu. We last bought coffee from Manuel at Finca El Tolu two years ago, and it’s a crop of coffee I still remember to this day. It had such a wonderful lavender flavour, like nothing I had ever experienced before, and this year’s crop shares these characteristic once again!

Brewed both as espresso or as a longer drink; like V60, Aeropress or cafetière, this coffee displays a wonderful sweet balance. The elegant lavender note make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up, and the delicate honey sweetness is fantastic. This coffee really is one of the highlights of the year for me!
