You Will Need

  • Coarse ground Pact Coffee
  • Mizudashi cold brew jug
  • Tablespoon
  • Cold water
  • Fridge

Top Tip:

  • Brewed coffee can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Fill your empty jug with cold water, up to the 500ml line

Take the filter section of the jug, and fill it with 80g of coarsely ground Pact Coffee (that’s 5 tablespoons)

Add the filter section inside the water-filled jug

Stir inside the filter section - don’t worry if the water goes cloudy, it will settle

Fill the jug with more water, until it’s just under the brim, and continue stirring. Refrigerate for 12-24 hours to chill
